字串 (string) 型態 (type) 的 count() 方法 (method) ，計算 sub 出現的次數， start 為起始計算索引值， end 為結束索引值

方法	描述
str.count(sub[, start[, end]])	計算 sub 出現的次數， start 為起始計算索引值， end 為結束索引值

舉例示範如下

a = "Free your mind."
b = "Welcome to the desert... of the real."
c = "What is real? How do you define real? "
d = "There is no spoon."

print(a)
print(a.count("you"))
