CSS 2.1 快速導覽 - 擬元素選取器 :before

:before 是一種擬元素選取器 (pseudo-element selector) ，通常作為設定元素開始的特殊樣式 (style) 。

:before 通常會跟 :after ，前者為元素的開頭，後者則是元素結束的樣式
